Over 300 Girl Scouts attended the Grand Opening of the new Nature Center at Camp Ilchester in Howard County on Sunday, March 9th. Girls and adults had the opportunity to examine new critters who will be residing at this nature center, view other animals native to Maryland from the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, and enjoy the new murals painted on the walls depicting scenes from nature. This Girl Scout is examining an observation beehive encased in glass.
